Dragon Ball Super

So I just saw the newest ep.....yo....so much hype, best episode by far. my boy went in and whooped ass. Now I just have to wait an hour for the sub to come out so I can see what everyone was saying.

I stil haven't watched this at all. I got to one day. Is it even dubbed?

funimation just now got approved to make the dub. but no release date has been confirmed yet. however some of Super's original characters are dlc in xenoverse 2 and they're fully dubbed there if you want an idea on how they'll sound when their episode gets reached.

right now its just hit and goku black, and some time next month we'll see frost and cabba. all remaining dlc has not been announced yet

Since Super is coming to a close soon what did y'all think about it? Personally the pacing of the fights felt "different" than DBZ but I still enjoyed Super a lot. Especially UI Goku

to me the fights seemed more of a blend of Ball and Z. its still just as fast paced as Z but every now and then we see the kung fu motions and flow that ball had. While this tournament section has been great imo, I still feel like the Goku Black arc had better plot and character development. Jirens Abilities are cool but his backstory just gets boiled down to batman in space lol.

I heard they're taking time of the series to work on the next movie, so that's gonna be fun. Hope the show continues after the movie is done.

Yeah I REALLY wish they thought about Jiren's backstory more. I still like his character but I feel like the motivations don't really match up with how strong he is.
